    Regular Conference Registration: 
    This includes: conference materials, lunch for 5 days and dinner for 5 evenings including the social dinner.

    Two-day Registration: (From June 20 to June 21) 
    This includes: conference materials, lunch for the 2 days attending the conference and dinner for the first evening.

    If you would like to bring an accompanying person, an "Additional Person Fee for Meals and Social Event" may be purchased.
    The Additional Person Fee for Meals and Social Event includes: 5 lunches and the social dinner.

    A number of rooms in the headquarter hotel has been pre-booked for participants of the Conference.

    Rates are in euro, per room and per night, including day taxes and breakfasts.

    Double room : 350 € / night (includes breakfasts, 4 dinners and day taxes for an accompanying person)
    Shared room: 175 € / night / person (includes breakfasts and day taxes for one person in a double occupancy)
